The LaRue House is an intimate clean/sober separate living community for women in recovery. Founded in 2009, our mission is to provide a clean, supportive, and semi-structured drug-free living environment for those with a substance abuse problem who want to learn a new way to live without the use of drugs or alcohol. With a full-time live-in house manager, the LaRue House provides clean and safe recovery residences with all of the amenities of home (cable, telephone, computer, WiFi, washer/dryer).
The LaRue House consists of a 12 bed women’s recovery house located in Daytona Beach, Florida. We were founded on the principle that women who have recently completed treatment for substance abuse need structure, guidance and peer support. They also need opportunities for recreational and social activities while navigating early recovery and prepare to re-enter the world. The LaRue House has a two-phased step down approach to recovery that gradually reintegrates house members as they develop the skills, confidence and maturity to prepare them to successfully live life on life’s terms. We help prepare our members to become responsible and productive members of their community.
Welcome to the LaRue House. We offer structured living for those with a substance abuse problem who want to learn a new way to live without the use of drugs or alcohol. We believe that a home environment is an asset to recovery, and we are committed to helping each other through the day to day life situations we all face. Although we call our "house rules" rules, they are more than that; they are a guidelines to living a clean and productive life. We recommend that you treat your stay here as if it was your own home.
